During these pandemic times we continue as an active, engaged faith community! Along with worship services, most regular activities – studies, prayer groups and classes are virtual. On site outdoor activities do happen weekly and monthly, and more will be scheduled during Spring and Summer 2021. As soon as health guidelines allow, we will safely resume gathering in person for indoor activities and worship services. See updates below.

Lectionary Bible Study — Adults
The Lectionary Bible Study Class for adults meets in the Fellowship Hall or outdoors in the garden at 10: am. Led by Scott Grosse, it offers an interesting and interactive study/discussion of the lectionary passages for each Sunday, which then prepares participants for greater engagement with the worship service and sermon following. For more information on the lectionary that Emory Church uses, see the web site of the Revised Common Lectionary.
